On the 16th June 2019 we launched our first tournament at goals Leicester. The tournament consisted of 16 x 5 -a-side teams who all had an opportunity to get their hands on £1000 prize money. To ensure our first tournament ran smoothly we teamed up with FA qualified referees assuring players there would be a fair, unbiased decision throughout.

 

The big day consisted of entertainment, music from a live DJ, refreshments, and raffle to raise money for our chosen charities. We decided to team up with Anti-knife crime Leicester as we felt this was something affecting our community, in addition we raised money for a charitable foundation. Our first tournament certain bridged the gap between professionals and non-professionals,  including players from Sheffield Wednesday FC, Portsmouth FC, Birmingham FC, Aston Villa FC, Walsall FC and more.
